Cardboard Halloween Napkin Rings

Supplies:

• cardboard tubes
• black marker
• toilet paper
• scissors
• glue
• googly eyes
• acrylic paint (green, orange)
• paintbrush

Steps:

1. To make the mummy, draw a black rectangle near the top of a cardboard tube.

 
2. Cut out a bunch of strips from your toilet paper. Separate them so they are 1-ply.

 
3. Dab some glue on the cardboard and wrap the toilet paper strips around, not covering the black rectangle.

4. Affix googly eyes onto black rectangle.

 
5. To make Frankenstein, paint a tube green. Let dry completely.

 
6. Draw on a zig-zag hair line and a slanted black rectangle as eyebrows.

 
7. Affix googly eyes to lower part of rectangle.

 
8. Draw on a scar and a crooked smile.

9. To make a Jack-o-Lantern, paint a tube orange. Let dry completely.

 
10. Cut out a leaf shape from a cardboard tube (or craft paper). Paint green and allow to dry.

 
11. Draw on 2 triangles for eyes and a jagged mouth.

 
12. Glue the leaf onto the inside top of the tube, a bit off center.

13. Roll up your napkins and stuff through the rings.
