Mummy Candy Bowl - finished bowl This is an inexpensive and very practical Halloween mummy candy bowl.

I bought this reusable cake container and lid for $1 at the Dollar Tree. Flip the container over and you have yourself a bowl! After Halloween is over, you can use this "candy bowl" as what it is designed for - a reusable cake container and lid.

This project will cost less than $2 with supplies; you may even already have at home.

Total Time: 10 minutes

Supplies:

white crepe paper streamer
hot glue gun
cake container
tissue paper
tape
wiggle eyes

Mummy Candy Bowl - reusable covered cake plate

Steps:

Wrap entire container with white crepe paper streamer and use tape to secure.

Mummy Candy Bowl - begin wrapping with the crepe paper streamer

Cut some strips of the white crepe paper streamer and decorate the front of the bowl, in a criss cross pattern like bandages for your mummy look. Secure with tape.

Mummy Candy Bowl - apply in a criss cross pattern to the front to create the mummy wrappings, tape in place

Hot glue on the eyes.

Open lid (set lid aside somewhere else for future use) and add tissue paper and candy.

Mummy Candy Bowl - remove the base and line the lid with tissue paper and add treats
