My friend brought this Zombie Meatloaf to our Halloween party last year. It was delicious despite being frightening. This would be the perfect dinner to make Halloween a little extra festive this year.
He used mushrooms for the eyes and onions for teeth and place strips of Bacon for the skin. Squeeze ketchup or sriracha (our favorite) like blood on the zombie to make it extra spooky. I'm waiting on the recipe from my friend and will share that when he sends it to me.
