Lightweight Mummy Halloween Decoration?

My place of work has a door decorating contest every year. This year, my office is planning on entering. We are in need of suggestions on how to make a lightweight mummy, so that we can suspend it from the top of the door frame. Any idea of what materials we could use that would be lightweight and cheap?

You could make a lightweight "frame" out of chicken wire if it needs consistency, or even balloons tied in an appropriate shape if it doesn't, then wrap with toilet tissue or crepe paper. You could throw on some weakened tea water for an aged appearance. You certainly don't need a perfect specimen for a 1000+ yr old guy ;-) !!!

How about blown up zip loc bags, taped together into the shape you want. A balloon for the head. Wrap loosely with gauze or bandages ripped from an old white sheet to creat the more detailed shape you wabt.

What about taking a cardboard or plastic skeleton, cover with batting if you want it to be more 3 dimensional and then wrap with torn sheeting or muslin (stain it with coffee or tea, wring out and dry-it will have wrinkles and look "ancient") Wrap the form
Cheap and lightweight
