Simple and easy and cheap! Blow up a balloon and dip a square of cheesecloth into fabric stiffener. Drape over balloon. Let dry and then pop the balloon. Add felt eyes or use a dark marker. Be sure to leave a flat bottom on a few edges of the cloth so the ghost has something to stand up on, but the other edges can be sticking out to give a "floating" look. Have fun!

Very cute. Thanks.
Love making these ghosts for Halloween. I also made little ghost pins for our teachers at school by cutting a small piece of cheesecloth, soaking it in fabric stiffener then laying it out on protective paper like waxed paper or foil and formed them into little ghost shapes. I added the goggle eyes (or you could use permanent marker) and a pin clasp on the back. They turned out so cute and the teachers enjoyed them.
